The month of April will be a busy one for the Centre for Coaching, and we hope that many of you will be able to join us at one of the events we are offering.
Our first offering, open to all, is a Coaching Round Table evening, Exploring Integral Coaching. This is for anyone interested in knowing more about our approach, what it is we offer and integral coaching in general. It takes place Tuesday 19 April, at the Hotel Alpha Palmier in Lausanne from 19h to 21h, where Centre for Coaching Director, Craig O’Flaherty will lead a discussion on:
What makes coaching Integral? Why choose an Integral Approach?
How does it lead to people becoming self-correcting and self-generating resulting in a greater sense of satisfaction, meaning and purpose?
This will be followed by a time for networking and drinks – we look forward to meeting many of you there.

On Tuesday 26 April, Craig has been invited by the ICF Suisse Romande chapter to present an evening workshop exploring what happens after coaching: Self-Observation – Building coachees’ ability to become their own change.
This will be at Webster University, Bellevue, Geneva, from 19h – 21h, and is also open to all who are interested. Full details and the registration link can be found here.
We will also be running Session 3 of our six-month Associate Coaching Course during April, and are excited to be witnessing this wonderful group of people as they complete this journey with us. Our next Associate Coaching Course starts in September 2016, again at the Château de Bossey, near Geneva, a beautiful, inspiring venue. Should you be interested in this course, we invite you to join us at the Round Table in Lausanne, where you will have the opportunity to meet the faculty and find out more about the course.
Our final offering in our Spring Connection theme is the Masterclass for ACC grads and NVW alumni, on Saturday April 23, at the Château de Bossey – full details on the Masterclass and registration details can be found here. We are looking forward to this opportunity to deepen who we are as coaches and as a community.
