Explorer une approche intégrale au coaching

Qu’est qui fait que ça soit intégral? Pourquoi choisir une approche intégrale?

Comment cela nous conduit à s’auto-corriger et à s’auto-générer donnant plus de satisfaction et un sens plus claire ?

Le 28 mai 2015 à l’Hotel Mirabeau, Lausanne, nous allons explorer ces questions entre autres avec Daniel Ahlers, partenaire fondateur du Centre for Coaching (Switzerland).

Daniel is a Certified Professional Integral Coach®, and a founding partner of the Centre for Coaching (Switzerland), as well as co-founder and director of Le News, an Anglophone media for Switzerland.

Following a career in the publishing industry with Edipresse and Lagardère, he has been coaching since 2010, with a focus on senior leaders in multinational and NGO environments as well as mentoring on the Centre for Coaching’s programmes here in Switzerland. His background has allowed him to develop a keen appreciation of the challenges facing leaders and entrepreneurs who operate in multi-cultural environments, accompanied by the necessity to constantly keep pace with ever changing markets.(click here to read a recent article on the activities of the Centre for Coaching).

Organisations might be particularly curious as to how the Centre for Coaching is enabling organisations they work with to reach their young and middle management talent, and how they are making coaching and leadership development more affordable (click here for more info).

This event is open to the general public – no need to be a coach. There will be plenty of time for Q&A, and we will also be having networking afterwards.
