Exploring Integral Coaching
What makes coaching Integral? Why choose an Integral Approach?
How can this style of coaching make a difference in the corporate world?
What are the pros and cons of in-house coaching?
How does it lead to people becoming self-correcting and self-generating resulting in a greater sense of satisfaction, meaning and purpose?
On 20 April 2015 at the Chateau de Penthes, Geneva we will explore these and other questions.
We are delighted to have Janine Everson, Certified Professional Integral Coach and Academic Director of the Centre for Coaching, a centre for excellence situated at the Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town, presenting this event. Janine is currently presenting the Associate Coaching Course here in Switzerland, and she also has many years of experience doing corporate interventions, both designing and deploying large-scale in-house coach development programmes, as well as leadership development interventions at top-management level across the globe (click here to read a recent article on the activities of the Centre for Coaching).
This event is open to the general public – no need to be a coach. There will be plenty of time for Q&A, and we will also be having networking and drinks afterwards.
