- How does my own sense of identity show up in the way I coach?
- How does my own sense of identity allow me to communicate, and how does it get in the way of direct communication, both in my life and also when I am coaching?
- How does my identity show up when I coach others? What assumptions, projections or issues might I need to be alert to with regards to my coachee?

During this one-day experiential and interactive workshop, we will:
- Explore the essence of what identity is,
- Identify the traps and pitfalls to our personality,
- Learn how to build connection to our essential nature and recognize its contribution,
