Beate is a highly experienced facilitator, trainer, Integral Coach and a Director of the Centre for Coaching. Astute at helping teams to reach strategic and human alignment and to transform, she is skilled at encouraging the right conversations to emerge.

Beate’s key areas of expertise are:
• facilitating team development sessions and coaching circles
• training on leadership development topics and
• supporting organizational change.

Over the last few years, she was a Managing Partner at an international Training & Leadership development firm facilitating workshops and trainings across the globe. Prior to that, she held management positions in a large FMCG corporation and an international Paper Manufacturer, leading teams and ensuring fast-paced rollouts in the fields of Procurement, Product Commercialization and Project Management.

She is a strong believer in fostering synergies in teams, breaking down silos and unleashing innovation potential.

Beate has spent several years in Asia/Malaysia, enhancing her capacity to train and coach across a wide range of cultural environments.

She works in both English and German, her mother tongue, and has been actively learning Chinese for the few past years – although she is still far from mastering it. Beate is passionate about her work, helping both individuals and teams get the best of their potential.
