Mentor – Amplifying Talent is a one-day workshop designed to introduce and embed the concept of mentorship into the organisation. The modality of mentoring is an ancient but much misunderstood one. Its label and application are often an excuse for variable and ineffective interactions with people, or an excuse to give meaningless and irrelevant advice.

The Centre for Coaching takes an integral approach to mentoring. Its mentoring training is steeped in the principles of communication that are most effective from helping adults to learn and uses fully fledged and trained integral coaches and facilitators in this process.
